The a8jl Platform is strictly for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. a8jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21.
If a8jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all related data will be deleted to the extent permitted by law, and any winnings associated with the Account may be forfeited. a8jl will take reasonable steps to verify the age of all registered players as part of the KYC process.
Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered on or accessed the a8jl Platform should contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action as a matter of priority.

Where such transfers occur, a8jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Contractual clauses that require the receiving party to maintain equivalent data protection standards;
- Transfers only to jurisdictions or processors that provide adequate protection for personal data;
