These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a8jl ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at a8jl.club. These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including its website, games, payment systems, promotional programs, customer support services, and all related features.

a8jl operates in the Philippines under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the Platform are conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing requirements.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" means the a8jl website at a8jl.club, including all sub-pages, games, features, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) or equivalent supported currency.
• "Game" means any online casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo, fishing game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, reload offer, or other incentive granted by a8jl to a Player, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is restricted, prohibited, or otherwise regulated in a manner incompatible with Platform access.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures required for identity verification and compliance purposes.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations applicable in the Philippines and internationally.

To register for and use the a8jl Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law applicable to online casino gaming.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling or online casino gaming.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of a8jl or any of its affiliated studios or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform.
• You must have a valid Philippine mobile number for account registration and identity verification purposes.

a8jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or termination and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same identity or using different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine identification document;
• Date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years old;
• Valid Philippine mobile number (09XX format);
• Valid email address (where required);
• A secure password of your choice meeting the Platform's minimum security requirements.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes. a8jl is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

a8jl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a8jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number.

You agree that:

• You will not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances;
• You will not permit any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf;
• You will notify a8jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• You will log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• a8jl support staff will never ask you for your full password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

a8jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility unless you have promptly notified a8jl of unauthorized access and a8jl has confirmed the suspension of the Account.

a8jl supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq (over-the-counter), and USDT (TRC20 network). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account owned and registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an Account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. a8jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Crypto deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• a8jl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

a8jl operates under AML compliance obligations. Deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gaming behavior or that raise AML flags may be subject to additional verification before being credited or made available for withdrawal.

Players may request withdrawals of their available Wallet balance subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. a8jl may request government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method confirmation.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. a8jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• a8jl targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may be exceeded during peak periods or due to technical circumstances.
• a8jl reserves the right to perform additional verification for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as determined by internal compliance policy.

a8jl reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal that is subject to ongoing investigation, pending KYC completion, or identified as potentially fraudulent. In such cases, a8jl will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

a8jl may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses to Players in the form of deposit match credits, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, or other promotional formats. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all a8jl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. a8jl may impose geographic, account tier, or other eligibility restrictions.
• Each Player may only claim each Bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus play may only be used on the game types specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Attempting to claim Bonuses through multiple accounts, abuse of promotions, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• a8jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to withdraw any unclaimed Bonus credit from an Account.

All games available on a8jl are provided by licensed game studios and use certified random number generation (RNG) systems for software-based games, and physical randomization equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live casino games. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform system.

Players agree to the following gameplay conditions:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed on the server side. The outcome will be credited or debited to your Wallet upon reconnection.
• Game malfunctions void all related bets and returns. a8jl will investigate and resolve malfunction claims within a reasonable timeframe.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game studio and are available upon request or within the game's information panel.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games. Bets that exceed the stated maximum will be declined or automatically adjusted to the maximum permitted amount.
• a8jl reserves the right to void any winnings that result from software errors, configuration errors, or any circumstances outside the intended game parameters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a8jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether under your own identity or assumed identities);
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purposes;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors — any such discovery must be reported to a8jl support immediately;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or Platform employees;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Using credit cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets belonging to another person without their explicit consent;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider while retaining corresponding Wallet credits or winnings;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward a8jl staff or other Platform users.

a8jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of their Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from a8jl;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any a8jl trademark or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement without authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of a8jl intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a8jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any losses resulting from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. a8jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform or the fitness of any game for a particular purpose.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by applicable law, a8jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Wallet balance at the time the claim arose.

a8jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order;
• Detection of activity inconsistent with AML obligations.

Upon Account termination for a confirmed breach of these Terms, a8jl reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to be legitimate (i.e., not derived from prohibited activity or fraudulent deposits), a8jl will return eligible funds to you after deducting any amounts owed to the Platform.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting a8jl support. A balance withdrawal will be processed before Account closure, subject to standard verification procedures.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, payment transactions, or the application of these Terms, you agree to follow the following resolution procedure:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact a8jl customer support via live chat or email at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. a8jl will endeavor to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution does not satisfy you, submit a formal written complaint to a8jl containing full details of the dispute. a8jl will provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. PAGCOR Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved, and you believe it falls within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Game outcome disputes must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the event. a8jl's game logs and server records are the authoritative reference for all dispute investigations and shall be considered conclusive evidence of the game outcome in the absence of demonstrable system error.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 14. a8jl operations are subject to PAGCOR oversight and all regulatory requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

a8jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a8jl will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed upon login, an email to your registered address, or an update to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting a8jl support.
